This form is for registration of family members who are not members of Scouts NSW. Please complete this form if you plan to attend meeting nights in support of your youth member.

We encourage family members who wish to regularly attend scout events with their child to become members of Scouts NSW by registering as an adult helper with 2nd Enfield Scout Group using this link https://2nd-enfield.group.scoutsnsw.com.au/registration

Child safety requirements (please refer to Child Protection Policy for further clarification)

Non-member adults

• Must agree to a Code of Conduct
• must be accompanied by Scouts NSW member while attending activities and when interacting with youth members.
• must comply with the accompanying Member’s requests, including leaving if asked to do so
• should refrain from taking photographs of Youth Members unless written permission has been provided from parents/guardians
• never be alone with a Youth Member. The only exception is in a case of an unavoidable emergency.
• are not permitted to attend overnight activities.
• attend activities at their own risk and are not covered by ScoutsNSW insurance
• are only permitted to attend a maximum of 3 activities in a calendar year. So if you plan to attend activities regularly register as an adult helper early as it does take time to complete the screening process.

Non-member youth

• are not reccomended to attend scout activities
• will not be permitted to participate in adventurous activities
• remain the responsibility of parent/gaurdian at all times
• attend activities at their own risk and are not covered by ScoutsNSW insurance
